What if I see a collar I like but need it in a different size? TOP
Not a problem! Just contact me and I should be able to make it in the size you need. I usually have plenty of supplies on hand to make a smaller or larger collar. What if the collar I receive doesn't fit? TOP
Please measure your dog's neck before ordering your collar. All of the sizes are clearly listed. Same goes for the beds. The dimensions are clearly listed so you are responsible for selecting the right size. If you have any questions or need help figuring out which is the right size, feel free to contact me.
If you do order the wrong size I will do my best to make you another in the proper size (if I have enough supplies). You are responsible for the additional shipping from sending back the original and getting your new one. |
