Our Basic Spindle Kits are for those who want to learn to spin there own yarn with less financial investment. They have the same size rosewood stained maple spindles as our colored kits but are not handpainted and come in your choice of top or bottom whorl. The roving is undyed 100% soft wool. The single spindle kit comes with 2 1/2 oz of roving and the double kit has 4 oz. These kits contain complete illustrated instructions and come in a plastic drawstring bag. A great gift for your favorite knitter or crochetter (which very well may be yourself!).
